Dansimprovisatie Utrecht holds classes in instant composition, improvisation in performance and release technique as well as in partnering work and contact improvisation within instant composition. Besides giving classes Dansimprovisatie Utrecht has a performance group which performs several times a year in collaboration with musicians, a choir, costume designers and others. Most of the time the performances are held on location, in a museum or on the street for example. The organisation is founded by choreographer Iris van Peppen.
