THANK YOU, CONTACTIMPROV.NET

The Contactimprov.net website has closed and is pleased to redirect to the new CI Global Calendar (CIGC)!

Contactimprov.net was the very first CI website serving the American and later the global CI community. It was founded in 1995 by Jim Davis in Berkeley, California, and later shifted for maintenance and development to Chris Deephouse, then Mugsy Lunsford, and then in 2009, to Craig Harman.

THANK YOU, Craig, Mugsy, Chris, and Jim for your work in developing and maintaining Contactimprov.net since 1995!

The code and archival information from Contactimprov.net has been saved (stored by Patrick Crowley) for research and posterity.

Contactimprov.net wishes CI Global Calender and the CI global community the best.

After more than 10 years of work, the Round Robin Project’s CIGC team created the CIGC which opened to the public on April 2, 2019.

Search for events and teachers—and post events! It has a smart search engine and is multilingual. Its intention is to be of benefit to you, your practice of Contact Improvisation, and the global CI community. We hope you will use it!

If you previously created a listing on ContactImprov.net, you will need to create a new event on CIGC.

The Round Robin Project’s other focus is the CI Global Archive, which will list or house materials addressing diverse subject areas within Contact Improvisation. It is in process and we will keep you informed.
