SUNDAY Class & Jam
There is a regular warm-up class followed by a jam on most Sunday nights from 5.30-8.30pm at DMAC studio (4th floor), Hamilton House, 80 Stokes Croft, Bristol, BS1 3QY
MONDAY Class
There are also classes sometimes held on Monday nights from 7.15-9.45pm. These classes are held at the Wild Goose Space, 228 Mina Road, St Werburghs, Bristol BS2 9YP.

£5 for Sunday Warm-up class and £5 for the jam or £7 for both.

Contact improvisation classes and jams are held on Saturdays at the Moving East Centre for Martial Arts, Dance and Complimentary Medicine in Stoke Newington. All levels of experience are welcome and booking is not required. To attend the class please arrive at 11.15 in order to start at 11.30. The class is followed by a three-hour jam which can be attended independently of the class.

Tuesday evening class for an hour and a half, with warm up and principles into dancing. Usng Body Mind Centering and martial arts to warm into the body, to ease the flow of movement and sharpen the focus.
